Our ATEB series sets new standards in clamping hydraulics: fast, flexible and economical. It is ideal for multi-spindle and rotary transfer machines and, thanks to its space-saving installation without a cylinder sleeve, offers higher loading capacity for workpieces.
The adjustable hydraulic swing clamps were specially developed for fixture construction. Thanks to fewer components and minimal wear, they offer high clamping forces, even with longer clamping arms. Precise positioning and repeat accuracy are ensured by the triple ball guide. The components can be replaced quickly when servicing is required, which ensures maximum efficiency.

Pneumatic motors
for individual drive solutions
At AIR-tec-Vogel® GmbH, original equipment manufacturers can find customized pneumatic motors that are precisely tailored to individual requirements. Our loyal customers value our many years of experience, flexibility and innovative strength at the quality they have come to expect.
Our pneumatic motors offer the option of starting and stopping an unlimited number of times with a "100 per cent duty cycle" at maximum power. Torque, speed and direction of rotation can be easily adjusted as is typical for compressed air - either by changing the air pressure or the air volume. This eliminates the need for the complex and expensive control mechanisms required for electric drives. In the event of an overload, only the speed is reduced until a balance is reached between the required torque and speed.
This automated process creates ideal conditions for many applications, especially in hazardous or unhealthy environments, as the air pressure in the motor is higher than in the environment.
Our air motors have a soft start that protects the drive components. A special shaft seal prevents dirt particles from getting inside, which further increases the longevity of the motor.
All AIR-tec-Vogel® pneumatic motors undergo a 100% inspection. Before delivery, they are extensively tested for performance and smooth operation. Our quality management system (QMS) is certified in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Süd.
