ATEB Series: Clamping Solution for Modern Manufacturing

The hydraulic built-in swing clamps of the ATEB series from AIR-tec-Vogel GmbH are ideal for fixture construction, multi-spindle machines, rotary transfer systems and robot-assisted manufacturing plants.

Direct installation into the fixture body enables a particularly compact design, saves installation space and reduces the weight of the fixture. The robust design with triple ball guide ensures high clamping forces, precise positioning and maximum repeat accuracy.

For safe integration into automated manufacturing processes, the swing clamps are equipped as standard with pneumatic clamping position monitoring. Optionally, end position sensing for the clamped and unclamped position is available. It enables reliable position monitoring and increases process reliability in automated manufacturing plants and robot systems.

All components are designed to be service-friendly and can be replaced quickly when required.
